How to disassemble the Food Tank of the Easy Feed Automatic Feeder and clean the Feeder?

If you're experiencing difficulty removing the food tank from your Easy Feed Automatic Feeder, please review the attached videos and follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

 

1. Grasp the Food Tank
Hold the food tank with both hands and gently pull it upward with a bit of force. The tank is designed to be removed with a moderate pull.

 

2. Check for Rotor Attachment
Please note that the food tank is attached to the rotor and cannot be fully disassembled. It should slide out without forcing it, so be sure not to apply excessive pressure to avoid damaging the unit.

 

3. Empty the Food Tank and Outlet
If there is still food inside the tank or the food outlet, you can press the Down Button twice and repeat this process a few times to ensure the tank is fully emptied.

 

4. Cleaning the Food Tank
For cleaning, use a dry cloth to wipe down the food tank. Ensure it is completely dry before reinstalling it, as any moisture entering the base could cause damage to the internal circuits.
