What should I do if I can't get the lid off the Granary Feeder?
From our experience, this issue is most commonly caused by an incorrect installation during the initial setup. If the lid is not aligned properly when first installed, it can become stuck and difficult to remove.
When installed properly, the solid mark on the lid should align with the solid mark on the food tank. To open it correctly, rotate the lid until the black mark on the lid aligns with the hollow mark on the tank.
If the lid is indeed stuck, please follow these steps:
- Remove the food tank and access the lid from the inside to carefully twist the lid to release it.
- If necessary, apply gentle force to open the lid. Please remember to wear gloves to protect your hands from scratches while rotating the lid.
