What should I do if my Granary Smart Feeder shows a "Rotor Stuck" error?

If you encounter a "Rotor Stuck" error, please refer to this video and follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Empty the food tank, remove the tank base (dispensing rotor), and thoroughly clean any stuck kibbles within the machine, including the food outlet.

2. Check if the warning indicator on the feeder lights up.

3. Inspect if there are any signs of deformation or obstruction in the tank base (dispensing rotor). Please ensure the rotor is not stuck and can freely rotate if found.

4. Manual feeding 3/12 cup to test if the rotor rotates as expected.
