How to Troubleshoot Continuous Feeding When Set to a Single Portion on the Camera Feeder?

Confirm that the sticker on the bottom of your device is 203S, then you can refer to this article.

 

Troubleshooting steps:

1. Could you please check if the tank base is assembled in the correct direction after removing the food tank?

2. After removing the food tank, please kindly try to feed manually to confirm that the rotor keeps turning.

3. Please refer to the following methods to ensure the reset is completed successfully. Then, try to set a feeding plan to test if it is OK.

Hold the unlock button for 6 seconds to unlock the feeder, then hold the reset button for 6 seconds to reset the feeder. Then wait for a few seconds until you hear the voice "Ready for WiFi connection". Then you can start the connecting operation on the app.
