How do I fix an E-01 or E-02 error on the Easy Feed Automatic Pet Feeder?

If your Easy Feed Automatic Pet Feeder displays an E-01/E-02 error code, please refer to the following steps for troubleshooting:

E-01+Red flashing light

  1. The error code means that the food tank is empty.
  2. Refill the food.
  3. After refilling food, the flashing red light will disappear within 60 seconds.

E-02+Red flashing light

  1. The error code means there is a food blockage in the dispensing system. 
  2. Clean the food bowl until there is no food accumulation.
  3. Clean the food outlet and the Anti-Clog Detector. 
  4. Turn the power switch off and restart the feeder.
