What should I do if the Granary Smart Feeder food outlet is blocked or if there are foreign objects in the food outlet?

If you encounter a food outlet blocked or a foreign object notification, please follow these steps:

 

1. Firmware Update: Ensure the feeder’s firmware is updated to V1.0.58 or higher. After upgrading, the feeder will continue dispensing food even if a blockage notification is received. This notification is a reminder to clean the food outlet if too much food has accumulated.

2. Clean the Anti-clog sensor: Clean the food outlet and anti-clog detector using a dry, soft cloth.

3. Check Food Dispensing: Confirm if the feeder is still dispensing food as scheduled despite the foreign object notification. If it is functioning normally, you can disable the notification in the app.
