What should I do if the Granary Smart Feeder keeps beeping/saying “button locked”?

1. Try to reset the feeder and re-add it to the app.


2. Try to change the power cord and adapter. You may also try using batteries as an alternative power source to determine if that resolves the problem.


3. Change the position where the feeder is placed and observe if the issue persists. It is a good idea to place it in an open area (away from sources of electrical interference).
