If you're not receiving pet drinking notifications, several factors may be contributing to the issue. Here are what you can do to resolve them:

Placing the fountain close to a wall can help guide your pet to drink from the front or sides.

If your water flow is set to sensor mode, the fountain will only record drinking data when it detects your pet. If your pet drinks from the back and doesn't trigger the sensor, that session won't be counted in the drinking data.

Place the fountain closer to the router(within 10–15 feet) and in an area with a strong and stable Wi-Fi signal.
