Why is my Dockstream RFID Smart Fountain leaking?

First, could you please let us know how often you’ve replaced the filters and how many pets are using the RFID fountain?
 
Regarding the leaking issue with your Dockstream RFID Smart Fountain, could you kindly answer the following questions to help us identify the cause?
1. Container and Base Check: After removing the container from the base and allowing it to stand alone, does the leaking persist?
This will help us confirm if there are any cracks in the white water tank.
2. Pet Interaction: If the fountain is placed out of your pet’s reach, does it still experience any leaks?
Please observe if your pet is drinking along the edge of the dispenser, as water may flow along their fur and onto the floor.
3. Filter and Spout Removal: Once the filter and spout are removed, does the fountain still overflow?
Just a friendly reminder: we recommend replacing the filters and cleaning the pump every 2 weeks if you only have 1 pet, which includes the white filter in the filter tray and the black foam filter for the water pump.
