    Question: Does it work without the filter? Answer: Yes, it does but we do not recommend removing the filter.
    Question: Is this suitable for dogs, bunny ? Answer: For a single small or medium dog and bunny , it would be great.
    Question: Does the water run continuously or does it automatically shut off after a while? Answer: The water continuously runs. You have to unplug it to turn it off. But it is really quiet. You can’t even tell it’s on.
    Question: Does this turn off automatically? Answer: Yes. For safety reasons, the Water Fountain will shut off automatically when there is insufficient water.
    Question: Does the water run continuously or does it automatically shut off after a while?Am I required to use the filter if I already have pure water that will be used in the water fountain? Answer: One of the reasons you need the filter is because your pet will be drinking from it and the water is recycled through the filter to keep the water clear of debris such as pet fur and pet saliva too.
    Question: How long do I need to change the fountain replacement filter? Answer: Dear customer, it's suggested to change the replacement filter of the water fountain every 2-4 weeks to keep the water fresh.
    Question: Is the water very noisy? Is the pump also noisy? Answer: Not at all. The pump is not noisy at all and the flow of water is very gentle so it does not make any splashing noise whatsoever.
    Question: How long does the water last? Answer: It depends on how much your pet drinks.
