Q: Can dogs use the Dockstream 2 Smart Cordless Fountain?
A: Yes. While it’s primarily designed for cats, it’s also suitable for small dogs. Just remember that it tracks drinking data for one pet at a time. If you want to monitor multiple pets, check out our Dockstream RFID Smart Fountain.
Q: How often should I refill the tank?
A: For all Petlibro fountains, we recommend refilling the water twice a week for one pet and more often for multiple pets. But don’t worry—the app will let you know when it’s time for a refill.
Q: How often should I change the filter?
A: For all Petlibro fountains, we recommend replacing the filter every two weeks for one pet and more often for multiple pets. The app will remind you when it's time for a swap.
Q: Which pets is the Dockstream 2 best for?
A: This next-generation pet fountain was created with dogs and cats in mind.
Q: (Granary 2 Vision) Does the scale need calibration? How often, and what's the maxximum weight?
A: Yes. We recommend calibrating the scale each time the feeder is disassembled and reassembled. The scale supports a maximum load of 7.5 kg, helping ensure accurate food tracking and gram-level consumption insights.
Q: (Granary 2 Vision) What is the maximumber of portions per dispense? How much is cone portion?
A: The maximum is 6 portions per dispense. One portion is approxinnately 20 ml or 10 g, which is about 1/12cup.
Q: (Granary 2 Vision) Is this feeder compatible with wet food?
No. The Granary 2 Series is designed for dry kibble only.
For best performance, kibble should be between 2 mm and 15 mm in size. Ovesized or irregularly shaped pieces, such as cubes larger than 9 mm or crescent-shaped kibble, are nott recommended. If you're unsuure whether your pet's food is compatible, please contact us before ordering.
