Absolute godsend

This has been such a great time saver for me. My 4 cats are on a calorie-based, scheduled diet. I bought 2 of these dual feeders and was able to set routine meals for my cats throughout the day to keep up with their feedings.
It took some getting used to for 2 of the 4 cats. After a week of running these only 1 cat is still unsure of them, the other 3 run to the feeders when they hear the food dispense.
I love that the feeders are fully programmable from the app, because of that they are in-sync for dispensing which prevents any issues of one feeder dropping food before the other feeder.

Can’t go wrong

I had the previous model of the Wi-Fi automatic pet feeder and it jammed all the time with my dogs food. I changed it to the new granary Wi-Fi model and I’ve had no issues at all. I love the look and functions of this model. They really listened to user reviews and made a better device. My only complaint is that I can’t use it with my Amazon Alexa anymore. Due to PETLIBRO having its own app now and it not being available in the Amazon App Store. Other than that, it’s perfect.

Can I give it 6 stars instead of 5?

Really. This thing has been great. I never write reviews but this is one time I will make an exception because I’ve been very pleased with the product. The only oddity has been that I was seeing “Outlet is blocked” warnings in the log. But that seems to just be the cats sticking their paw up the chute seeing if they can get at the food in the hopper. :-)
