How it works
Spot changes sooner
Luma’s AI knows #1 from #2 and solid from loose. It records and analyzes your cat's waste before it scoops, so you can catch important changes sooner and get them care faster.
Know whose poop is whose
Luma gets up close and personal with up to 10 cats, recognizing them from any angle, even behind. So when it spots a change in someone’s bathroom breaks, you’ll know whose it is.
Details, not digging
Each litter box visit is recorded for up to 10 minutes, summarized with AI, and logged by cat in the app. It’s everything you ever wanted to know about what happens in there—and then some.
Smart alerts for quick care
If your cat hasn’t gone in 24 hours, Luma lets you know. Get smart alerts for changes in waste frequency, consistency, and device status, or check your dashboard in the app to see what’s up.

Frequently Asked Questions
Granary 2 Vision Duo adds independent weighing for each bowl, combined with multi-pet recognition, making it easier to track feeding activity across multi-pet households.
Its dual-channel dispensing system is also designed to distribute food evenly between both bowls.
Yes. Granary 2 Vision Duo uses a dual-channel dispensing system designed to distribute food evenly between both bowls, with a variance of less than 5% between sides.
We recommend replacing the desiccant every 14 days. Each replacement requires 2 desiccant bags. Replace the desiccant sooner if the packs become firm or if the food begins to lose its freshness. You can also set a reminder in the Petlibro App to help stay on schedule.
Yes. We recommend calibrating the scale each time the feeder is disassembled and reassembled. The scale supports a maximum load of 7.5 kg, helping ensure accurate food tracking and gram-level consumption insights.
Most cats are naturally curious. For first-time users, place Luma next to your cat's current litter box and use treats or toys to encourage exploration. Use their usual litter and add a small amount of used litter for familiarity. For the first few days, turn off automatic cleaning and set the fan to low to create a calm, comfortable environment. Luma only starts cleaning once its camera, infrared, and weight sensors confirm your cat has left the litter box. If a cat approaches while it's rotating, Luma immediately pauses to keep them safe.
Yes, we designed Luma to be easy to clean and maintain. You can remove the litter compartment for cleaning in just 2 steps, and all internal parts can be quickly removed for a thorough wash. For maintenance, we recommend replacing both the carbon deodorizer and the litter mat about every 3 months for single-cat homes (or as needed).
Luma is designed for multi-cat homes, can recognize up to 10 cats, and works best for cats between 2.2 and 22 lbs. For cats less than 6 months old, under 2.2 lb (1 kg), or pregnant or nursing, turn off auto clean and use Luma's cleaning button instead. Small, senior, or mobility-impaired cats might prefer to use the included step for easier entry and exit.
