Q: Why is there water in the cooling area after some time?
A: The appearance of condensed water in the cooling area is a natural result of the feeder interacting with air during refrigeration. Simply wipe the area dry with a towel after each feeding plan for optimal maintenance.
Q: How long can wet food stay in the food bowl? Will it continue to refrigerate food after 72 hours without resetting?
A: The feeder preserves wet food for up to 72 hours. Even after a feeding plan ends, the cooling function remains active to maintain freshness.
