How to Troubleshoot a Malfunctioning Clock on the Air Automatic Feeder?

1. Power the feeder with the adapter and power cable.

 

2. Press and holdt the +  and - buttons simultaneously for 3s to reset the feeder.

3. Press the "Set/OK" button to enter the settings interface.

4. Press the "Set/OK" button again to enter the current hour setting.

 

5. Select the number by "+" or "-" button.

6. Repeat the previous step to set the minutes and am/pm.

 

7. After setting the current time and pressing the Set/OK button to save time, long-press the Set/OK button for 3-5 seconds, then the display will return to the homepage.

 

8. Wait for over 1 minute to see if the clock runs abnormally or doesn't run anymore.

 

9. Only use brand-new batteries to power the feeder, then repeat the operations to see if the issue disappears.
