How do I open the filter lid for my Dockstream Water Fountain?
The filter lid is designed to prevent pets from easily opening the filter lid and reduce the possibility of pets biting the silicone tube or filter.
To remove the filter lid, locate the two holes next to it. Gently pull up using those as leverage. It should come off without breaking. If it feels stuck, try wiggling it slightly as you pull.
