What should I do If the Dockstream Cordless Fountain doesn't work?

Newly Received 

1. Power Button and Battery Indicator: If the power source is working fine, press the power button. Check if the battery indicator flashes white (you will hear a clicking sound when the button is pressed).

2. Power Adapter/Cord: Please try replacing the power adapter/cord or test it with your other devices to ensure it is functioning correctly. Please note the Dockstream water fountain only supports USB-A to USB-C cords. 
 
3. Improper installation: Please reinstall it according to the following steps one by one.

4. Silicone water pipe obstruction: Please check the water pipe to ensure no blockages are inside.

 

Has been Used

Please try checking if there is any problem with the tank base first.

1. Power Adapter/Cord: Please try replacing the power adapter/cord or test it with your other devices to ensure it is functioning correctly. Please note the Dockstream water fountain only supports USB-A to USB-C cords. 

2. Power Button and Battery Indicator: Please check if pressing the power button on the base causes the indicator to flash for 20 seconds (you will hear a clicking sound when the button is pressed).

If the battery indicator flashes well, please try doing the following troubleshooting.
 

1. Please disassemble the pump and inspect the rotor. Look for any signs of damage or if it is stuck. Clean the shaft and magnet rotor. The pump should be disassembled for cleaning at least every two weeks to ensure proper function

2. If the pump hasn't been disassembled and cleaned before, it is recommended to soak it in white vinegar for 1 hour to remove the calcium deposits.
