How Do I Set up the Dockstream Smart Fountain?

To set up the Dockstream Smart Fountain (WF105, PLWF105), please refer to the video below:

 

Friendly note:

  • Corded Fountain: The Dockstream Smart Fountain needs to be plugged in for operation.
  • Support bands: The Dockstream Smart Fountain only supports a 2.4 GHz network.
  • Assembly: Make sure the water tray, filter cover, and spout are assembled step-by-step. Do not assemble the filter lid on the water tray in advance as the pipe may deform, resulting in abnormal or no water flow.
  • Placement:
    1. Ensure that the base is securely placed and that the cord is properly installed in the cord slot.
    2. Avoid positioning the fountain and power cords against walls or leaning on other objects.
    3. Place the base on a firm and stable surface, away from any potential sources of interference or vibrations from nearby objects.
