If the Dockstream App Monitoring Water Fountain is offline, you can try the following steps for troubleshooting.
- Ensure the fountain is being stably powered by the adapter and power cord.
- Put the router and the fountain in the same room and move the fountain next to the router for a stronger signal.
- Enter the Wi-Fi settings page on the APP and click "Reconnect".
- If the WiFi reconnection doesn't work, please press the Wi-Fi indicator for 6 seconds to re-add the fountain to the app.

*Note: If the fountain keeps going offline, we recommend checking the Wi-Fi signal strength and if your network is 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz. If you are not sure about your home's Wi-Fi frequency band and usage, please consult your network provider.
