How Do I Solve Frequent Offline Issues for the Dockstream Smart Water Fountain?

If the Dockstream App Monitoring Water Fountain is offline, you can try the following steps for troubleshooting.

  1. Ensure the fountain is being stably powered by the adapter and power cord.
  2. Put the router and the fountain in the same room and move the fountain next to the router for a stronger signal.
  3. Enter the Wi-Fi settings page on the APP and click "Reconnect".
  4. If the WiFi reconnection doesn't work, please press the Wi-Fi indicator for 6 seconds to re-add the fountain to the app.

*Note: If the fountain keeps going offline, we recommend checking the Wi-Fi signal strength and if your network is 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz. If you are not sure about your home's Wi-Fi frequency band and usage, please consult your network provider.
