What Can I Do If One RFID Feeder is Frequently Emitting an Abnormal Beep Sound or an Abnormal "Button is Locked" Voice Reminder?

  1. Confirm Power Source: Ensure that the feeder is powered using the original power cord and adapter.
  2. Check for Interference: Make sure there are no metal objects or electronic devices located close to the feeder, as these could potentially interfere with the RFID signal.
  3. Change the Power Outlet: Try plugging the feeder into a different electrical outlet to see if the issue persists.
  4. Reset the Feeder: In the unlocked state, reset the feeder by pressing and holding the Reset button until you hear the feeder prompt "reset successfully" and "ready for Wi-Fi connection". Reconnect and check the feeder again.
  5. Change the Location: If the issue continues, try moving the feeder to a different location to see if the interference is reduced or eliminated.
