Why Doesn’t the QR Code on the One RFID Feeder Collar Tag Show Any Information When Scanned?

  1. Open the app and go to the "Me" section.
  2. Select "My Pet."
  3. Choose the pet you want to update.
  4. Click on "I lost my Pet."
  5. Fill in all the relevant details about your pet.
  6. Once completed, click "Publish" to make this information available via the QR code scan.
