What Can I Do If the Food Bowl Lid of the One RFID Feeder Can't be Opened/Closed all the way?
1. Ensure the feeder is powered by the original power cord and adapter.
2. Make sure there are no metal objects or electronic devices close to the feeder that could potentially interfere with the RFID signal.
3. Check if there are any obstructions on the prongs of the RFID reader or in the jack at the feeder base.
4. Confirm that the feeder's base is correctly installed on the RFID reader. If you hear a "click" sound, it means the device is installed correctly.
5. If you have multiple RFID feeders, please kindly note that the distance between multiple RFID feeders should be more than 10 inches/25 cm to prevent any potential interference.
6. Remove the bowl lid. Then, unlock the feeder and press the lid release button to check if the bowl lid pivot part turns properly.
