What Can I Do If the One RFID Pet Feeder Encounters a Button Issue?

  1. Check Power Connection: Ensure that the feeder is properly powered using the power cord and adapter. If batteries have been installed, try removing them and checking again.
  2. Restart the Feeder: Unplug the feeder from the power outlet and plug it back in. Additionally, try changing the power cord and adapter to see if that resolves the issue.
  3. Change the Power Outlet: Try plugging the feeder into a different electrical outlet to ensure that the outlet itself is not causing the problem.
  4. Check for Interference: Make sure there are no metal objects or electronic devices nearby that could potentially interfere with the RFID signal. Consider moving the feeder to a different location to see if the issue persists.
  5. Clean the Buttons: Wipe the buttons with a soft, dry cloth. Water or oil stains on the buttons or your fingers can affect button sensitivity.
