What Should I Do If I Encounter a "Counting Sensor Error" or Abnormal Food Dispensing With the One RFID Feeder?

 

If you experience a counting sensor error or abnormal food dispensing, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Power Check: Ensure the feeder is properly connected to the power cord and adapter.
  2. Reset & Reconnect: Reset the feeder and reconnect it to your Wi-Fi network. If needed, reset the feeder by holding down the Reset button (in the unlocked state) until you hear "reset successfully" and "ready for Wi-Fi connection."
  3. Manual Feeding Test: Remove the food tank and manually dispense 1/12 cups of food to confirm if the rotor rotates properly.
