If you encounter a "Rotor Stuck" error, please follow these troubleshooting steps. You can also refer to this video for guidance: [Fix Not Dispensing Food].
1. Restart the Feeder: Remove all batteries from the battery compartment, unplug the power cord for 10 minutes, and then plug it back in. This helps refresh the network connection.
2. Check Kibble Size: Ensure the kibble size is within 2-15mm (0.07-0.6 inches) in diameter.
3. Manual Feeding Test: Remove the food tank and manually feed to confirm if the rotor rotates normally.
4. Clean the Rotor:
- Empty the food tank.
- Rotate the rotor cover counterclockwise and remove it.
- Clean the rotor and rotor cover thoroughly, then reinstall the cover.
5. Test Dispensing: Reinstall the food tank, add food, and manually dispense 3/12 cups to confirm if the feeder works properly.
