What should I do if the Granary Smart Feeder has an abnormal meal call or no meal call?
Please follow the steps below:
1. Unbind the feeder from the Petlibro app.
2. Disconnect the feeder from all power sources, including batteries. Then, turn on the feeder only using the original adapter and power cable. Allow at least 30 seconds for the necessary data to load.
3. Reset the feeder and reconnect it to the app. Ensure that the default meal call is enabled and the device volume is turned on. Then press the feed button to test if the feeder will play the meal call.
4. If successful, set up 3 meal schedules for the next 3 minutes, with 1 portion for each meal to check the meal call.
5. If the feeder plays the default meal call properly, record your voice and set it as the meal call to further test the feeder.
6. If the issue persists, please try using another adapter, power cable, and power outlet.
