Troubleshooting steps:
- Please wipe the camera with a clean, dry cloth, and then place the device in a location where it is not directly exposed to light (avoid turning on floor lamps or other direct light sources).
- Please reinstall the Petlibro app.

Remove the SD card from the battery compartment if it is installed. Then, reset the feeder and reconnect it to the WIFI network. Unplug the feeder and then plug it back in. Wait for 30 seconds to let the feeder load data. You will see that the feeder locks on automatically.
Hold the unlock button for 6 seconds to unlock the feeder, then hold the reset button for 6 seconds to reset the feeder. Wait for a few seconds until you hear the voice "Ready for WiFi connection". - Place the router and the feeder in the same room ensure the feeder is close to the router, and then reboot the router and modem.
- If the feeder fails to connect via Bluetooth, we recommend attempting to add it via the machine's Hotpot on the app.
- Also, please try using another power cord and adapter from another device to check if it works.
