How to Troubleshoot Inconsistent Food Portion Weights on the Camera Feeder?

We regret to inform you that the feeder does not contain a load cell, and as a result, the dispensing amount cannot be recalibrated. Usually, the weight of one portion is 10g (+-4g floating), but it is greatly affected by the size and volume of the food, so there may be greater fluctuations.

 

To better understand and address this problem, we kindly ask you to perform the following steps:

Manually Feed a Portion: Please manually dispense one portion of food.

Measure the Dispensed Amount: Measure the amount of food dispensed to see how much is actually being released.
