Why does the bowl lid of my One RFID Feeder close slowly?
If the bowl lid is closing slowly, please try the following steps:
Check for Interference: Ensure there are no metal objects or electronic devices near the feeder that could interfere with the RFID signal. Move such items a few feet away and test again.
Distance Between Feeders: If you have multiple RFID feeders, ensure they are placed at least 10 inches (25 cm) apart to prevent signal interference.
Change Location: Relocate the feeder to a different spot and check if the issue persists.
Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
