  1. Power Adapter and Cord Check: Try replacing the power adapter and cord to ascertain whether the feeder can be powered on.

  2. Outlet Variation: We recommend testing the feeder in different electrical outlets to assess if the problem is specific to a particular power source.

  3. Battery Test: Unplug the feeder and use alkaline D batteries to see if the device can be powered on. This will help identify if the issue is related to the power adapter or the feeder's internal power system.
