How to resolve the "No Low Food Notification" issue with the Space Smart Feeder？

 

1. Confirm the Indicator Light is Solid Red
Check the indicator light on the feeder to ensure it is solid red, which indicates that the food tank is empty.

2. Clean the Low-Food Detection Light
Ensure the low-food detection light is clean and free from any obstructions. Dirt or residue may prevent it from detecting low food levels correctly.

3. Clean the Transparent Window on the Food Tank
Wipe the small transparent window on the food tank to ensure the sensor can detect the food level accurately. You can refer to this video for guidance:

4. Check Notification Settings on Your Phone
Ensure that the app notification permissions are enabled in your phone’s settings (refer to the following image).

5. Confirm the App’s Message Notification Setting
Verify that the message notification setting (refer to the following image) within the app is turned on. 


 

6. Ensure Notifications are Enabled on the Feeder’s Settings Page
Check the notification settings on the feeder’s settings page (refer to the following image) to ensure they are turned on. Please refer to the attached screenshots for more details.
