What can I do if the Space Smart Feeder fails to connect to the Wi-Fi network or the app?


1. Make sure the feeder is powered with the power cord and adapter.

2. Please reset the feeder. Keep holding the reset button for 5 seconds until the feeder prompts "reset successfully" and "ready for Wi-Fi connection".

3. Put the router and the feeder in the same room and move the feeder close to the router.

4. Please try to add via "HOTSPOT" on the app if it fails to connect to the Wi-Fi via Bluetooth.

5. If you have another phone or device, please turn on the mobile hotspot on the other mobile phone and try to connect to the mobile hotspot
