How to resolve the "Food Outlet Door Not Closing" issue with the Space Smart Feeder?

 

1. Check for Obstructions in the Food Outlet
Start by removing the food tank and inspecting the food outlet for any food crumbs or debris that might be causing the outlet door to stick. If there are any obstructions, clear them and check if the outlet door can now close properly.

2. Manually Push the Food Outlet Door
If no obstruction is found, try manually pushing the food outlet door (as below shown) from the food outlet area to see if it can be closed. A gentle push may help if the door is slightly misaligned.
