What can I do if my Space Smart Feeder doesn't dispense food?


1. Please confirm the kibble is within 0.079-0.7in (2-18mm).

2. Remove the food tank, manually feed on the app, and wait for 30 seconds to check if the rotor on the base works.

3. Empty the food tank, and disassemble the rotor cover, plastics rotor and silicone vane. Clean these parts. 

4. Install these parts and the food tank. Then manually feed 5/12 cups and wait for about 30 seconds. Check if the food can be dispensed successfully. 

Regarding the dispensing of food, there will be a delay as the inside of the feeder needs to reach normal air pressure before dispensing food. The food outlet door will then open and the rotor will start to work. The process takes about 30 seconds.
