Confirm Power Source: Ensure that the feeder is properly powered using the power cord and adapter.

Router Proximity: Are the feeder and the router located in the same room? If not, please try moving the feeder closer to the router and attempt the firmware update again.

Reset and Reconnect: Reset the feeder by following the instructions in the user manual. (Attempting in the unlocked state, reset the feeder by pressing and holding the Reset button until you hear the feeder prompt "reset successfully" and "ready for Wi-Fi connection.). Once reset, reconnect the feeder to your WIFI network and try the firmware update once more.

Mobile Hotspot: If possible, enable the mobile hotspot feature on another phone and attempt to connect the feeder to this shared hotspot. Once connected, try updating the firmware again to see if the issue is resolved.
