If the collar tag can't be paired with the One RFID Pet Feeder, you can refer to the following steps for troubleshooting:
1. Ensure the feeder is powered with the original power cord and adapter.
2. Make sure there are no metal objects or electronic devices close to the feeder that could potentially interfere with the RFID signal.
3. Unplug the feeder and check if there are any obstructions on the prongs of the RFID reader or in the jack at the feeder base.
4. Confirm that the feeder's base is correctly installed on the RFID reader. If you hear a "click" sound, it means the device is installed correctly.
5. Plug the feeder back in.
6. Exit the app and log in again.
7. Reset the feeder and reconnect it to the WIFI network.
8. Try to add the collar tag to the App to check again. Please put the collar in the RFID recognition area,
close to the RFID reader.
