Change the IR Night Vision setting from "Automatic" to "Normally open". Then check if the camera view on the app shows normally.
- If the camera view works normally, change the setting back to "Automatic" again to see if the issue happens again.
- Please try to replace another power cord and adapter to see if this will happen again.
