- Please wipe the camera with a clean, dry cloth, and then place the device in a location where it is not directly exposed to light (avoid turning on floor lamps or other direct light sources).
- Reinstall the Petlibro app, making sure the firmware is updated to the latest version.
- Remove the batteries and unplug the machine, then restart it.

Change the IR Night Vision setting from "Automatic" to "Always activated". Then check if the camera view on the app shows normally.
- If the camera view works normally, change the setting back to "Automatic" again to see if the issue happens again.
- Please try to replace another power cord and adapter to see if this will happen again.
