What Should I Do If the One RFID Feeder Food Outlet is Blocked or If There Are Foreign Objects in the Food Outlet?

 

If you encounter a blocked food outlet or foreign object notification, please follow these steps:

 

1. Firmware Update: Ensure the feeder’s firmware is updated to V2.0.27 or higher. After upgrading, the feeder will continue dispensing food even if a blockage notification is received. This notification is a reminder to clean the food outlet if too much food has accumulated.

2. Clear the Food Bowl:

  • Remove food from the bowl and check if the bowl is positioned higher than the edge of the food outlet.
  • Remove the metal bowl and inspect the bowl holder for crumbs or debris. Clean the bowl holder and reattach the metal bowl.

 

3. Check Food Dispensing: Confirm if the feeder is still dispensing food as scheduled despite the foreign object notification. If it is functioning normally and you no longer wish to receive these notifications, you can disable them in the app. Refer to the attached screenshot for guidance.
