How to resolve the "Device Going Offline" issue with the Space Smart Feeder?

1. Unplug and Reconnect the Feeder
Unplug the feeder, then plug it back in. If possible, use a different 5V 2A power adapter and cord to rule out power issues.

 

2. Move the Feeder Closer to the Router
Place the feeder and router in the same room to ensure a strong Wi-Fi signal, and move the feeder closer to the router if needed.

 

3. Reset the Feeder
Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds until the feeder prompts "reset successfully" and "ready for Wi-Fi connection." This can help refresh the device and allow it to reconnect.

 

4. Try Adding the Device Manually or via Hotspot
