How to resolve the Issue of the "Food Outlet Door Not Opening" on the Space Smart Feeder?

 

1. Check for Obstructions in the Food Outlet
Begin by removing the food tank and checking if there are any food crumbs or debris that might be causing the outlet door to get stuck. Clear any obstructions you find.

 

2. Observe the Position of the Food Outlet Door
Check whether the outlet door (as below shown) is half-open or fully open when the app displays the message "Can't open the food outlet door." This can help determine if the issue is due to a blockage or misalignment.

 

3. Manually Push the Food Outlet Door

If the outlet door is still stuck, try manually pushing the door to see if it can open. Sometimes, a slight push can help release the door if it is misaligned.
