How to resolve the "No App Notifications" issue with the Space Smart Feeder?


 

1. Check Notification Permissions on Your Phone
Ensure that app notifications are enabled in your phone’s settings (refer to the following image). You can find this under your device's notification settings.

2. Confirm the App's Notification Settings
Open the app and verify that the message notifications (refer to the following image) within the app are turned on.

3. Verify Feeder’s Notification Settings
Make sure the notifications are enabled on the feeder’s settings page (refer to the following image). Please refer to the attached screenshots for guidance on where to check.
