How to resolve the unable to "Update the Firmware" issue with the Space Smart Feeder?

 

1. Unplug and Reconnect the Feeder
Start by unplugging the feeder for five minutes, then plug it back in to reset the connection and try updating the firmware again.

2. Try a Different Power Adapter and Cord
Use a different 5V 2A power adapter and cord to rule out any issues with the current power supply.

3. Reset the Feeder
Press and hold the reset button until the feeder prompts "reset successfully" and "ready for Wi-Fi connection." This can help refresh the device and allow the firmware update to proceed.

4. Move the Feeder Closer to the Router
If the issue persists, try moving the feeder closer to your Wi-Fi router within 15 feet to improve signal strength and ensure a stable connection for the firmware update.
